Usage Agreement
To register for Liam Clancy's Messageboard, click the agree button at the bottom of this page. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions described below, then click the disagree button.
You agree, upon registration and upon posting messages to Liam Clancy's Messageboard, to abide by the rules below, and by any other rules of the forums. You also agree that the owner of Liam Clancy's Messageboard may edit, censor, delete or otherwise modify any message you post.
You are solely responsible for any messages you post, and you agree to indemnify the owner of Liam Clancy's Messageboard against any claim made as a result of the posting of your message or messages. The owner of Liam Clancy's Messageboard is not responsible for any loss, damage, or other liabilities caused by messages you post to Liam Clancy's Messageboard, or by the forum software itself. The owner of Liam Clancy's Messageboard reserves the right to reveal your identity or other information you supply if any legal action occurs as a result of any message you post to Liam Clancy's Messageboard.
You agree not to use Liam Clancy's Messageboard to post messages which you know to be false or inaccurate, or which violate any law. You agree that you will not post messages which are abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, threatening, of a sexual nature or that invade a person's privacy in any way. You will not post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright. You will not post 'spam', any form of advertising, chain letters or solicitations to Liam Clancy's Messageboard. We reserve the right to remove you from Liam Clancy's Messageboard at any time.
The owner of Liam Clancy's Messageboard does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any messages posted to Liam Clancy's Messageboard. All messages are the opinion of the message authors, not of the owner of Liam Clancy's Messageboard.
Anti-Spam Policy
When you sign up for Liam Clancy's Messageboard, you must supply a valid email address. You have the option to hide this email address from public viewing by using the "Edit Profile" menu option. We do not give or sell email addresses that are used to register for Liam Clancy's Messageboard to other parties.
